After the next storm hits, they'll Google a roofer.
Hail. Wind damage. Missing shingles. Roof replacements. Insurance claims. Roofing customers find you on Google or they don't find you at all. We build the website that earns their trust before the door-knockers show up. You handle the ladder.
Roofing customers are skeptical customers.
They've heard the stories — fly-by-night storm chasers, scam estimates, contractors who disappear with the deposit. Your website's first job isn't to sell. It's to prove you're not one of them.
Storm hits. Their roof's leaking.
They Google "roofer near me." Three results show up. Two have professional websites with insurance info, a portfolio of completed jobs, and clear local presence. You have a Facebook page. They never call you.
"Are you licensed, insured, and local?"
Roofing has a scam problem and customers know it. After a storm, out-of-state crews show up with vans. Your website has to scream "we're real, we're here, we're not going anywhere" — within 5 seconds.
Insurance claim confusion.
Most roof replacements run through insurance. Customers want to know: do you work with adjusters? Will you walk them through the claim? Most roofer websites don't say. Customers move on.
"Show me your work."
Roofing is portfolio work. Before and after photos drive contracts. If your site doesn't have a real gallery — or worse, has stock photos — the customer assumes you don't have actual jobs to show.
A website built for roofing, not "generic contractor."
We've built sites for roofers. We know your customer is comparison-shopping after a storm and looking for any reason to trust you over the next three quotes.
Before / after photo gallery
Your portfolio is the conversion. We build a real photo gallery section where you (or we, via your VA) drop in completed job photos. Customers see real work on real houses in their area — not stock photos.
License, insurance, GAF/CertainTeed creds — front and center
State contractor license, GAF Master Elite, CertainTeed Select, BBB, manufacturer warranties — displayed in the header, footer, and credentials section. The first signals a serious roofing customer checks.
Insurance claim workflow, explained
A dedicated section explaining how you work with adjusters, what the customer needs to do, and what you handle. Removes the biggest uncertainty homeowners have about a roof replacement. Converts at higher rate than any other section.
Storm damage emergency callout
Tarping. Inspections. Quick response after wind or hail events. The customer with a leak is stressed and shopping fast — we put your emergency response, phone number, and free inspection offer at the top of the page.
Google Business Profile optimized
Most roofers' GBPs are abandoned or wrong. We claim it, fix it, fill in the categories, upload photos, and post regularly. After a major storm, GBP traffic spikes — and the optimized listings win those leads.
Service area pages that rank locally
"Roofer in Wyomissing." "Storm damage repair Reading." "Roof replacement Berks County." Pro and Complete tiers include real neighborhood pages — critical for roofing because customers strongly prefer local contractors.
Want to see what a contractor site looks like?
We built a working sample site for a fictional electrician — same structure we'd build for a roofing business. Same trust signals, same service-page approach, same gallery treatment. Click through and see exactly what your customers would see. Your version gets customized with your business name, license info, services, area, and real job photos.

For most roofers, Complete is the right tier — full site with a photo gallery, neighborhood pages, and monthly content for the Google Business Profile. Roofing is portfolio work and local work; both need real investment. Pro is fine for smaller operators just getting started.
Questions roofers ask us.
Will my GAF / CertainTeed / Owens Corning certifications show?
Yes — and prominently. Manufacturer certifications are huge trust signals in roofing. We display them in the header, footer, on the credentials section, and reference them on warranty-related pages. We can add logos for GAF Master Elite, CertainTeed Select, Owens Corning Preferred, BBB, NRCA, and others.
I need a photo gallery. How does that work?
Complete tier includes a real photo gallery section — typically before-and-after pairs of completed jobs. You send us the photos (text them to us, drop them in a Google Drive folder, whatever's easiest), we upload and label them. We rebuild the gallery monthly on Complete, quarterly on Pro. Phone photos are fine — we'll crop and arrange them properly.
Can the site explain my insurance claim process?
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Most roof replacements involve an insurance claim, and walking the customer through the process is one of the biggest conversion levers in roofing. We build a dedicated "Insurance Claims" page that explains your role, the adjuster's role, and what the homeowner has to do. Pro and Complete include this.
Will I rank for "roofer near me"?
Eventually — and understand "near me" results are dominated by Google Business Profile. That's why Pro and Complete invest heavily in your GBP. Your website ranks for more specific searches: "roof replacement Reading," "storm damage repair Wyomissing," "metal roof installer Berks County." Roofing has very high-intent niche searches that convert better than the generic ones.
What about online quoting tools?
Not by default. Roof estimates need an in-person inspection — square footage, pitch, layers, decking condition, flashing, ventilation. An online quote tool gives the customer a number, then you have to walk it back when you see the actual roof. That's a worse experience than not quoting at all. We push the free in-person inspection instead.
I do residential AND commercial flat roofs. Can you show both?
Yes. We organize the site by audience — residential (asphalt, metal, tile) and commercial (TPO, EPDM, flat roof systems). Each gets clear service pages with the right vocabulary. Commercial property managers Google different terms than homeowners, and your site needs to rank for both.
What if I'm only a repair guy, not a full replacement company?
Fine. Repair-focused roofers can do really well with Starter or Pro. We highlight your repair work, response time, and warranty. Many homeowners want a leak fixed, not a full replacement — and most roofing sites ignore that customer entirely. Owning the "roof repair" search in your area is undervalued.
